Return & Exchange Policy

We do not allow returns for credit, refund or exchange for items that have been used.

We return or exchange for STORE CREDIT only. Please order carefully.

We warrant that all items are received free of defect. We will exchange ANY defective item for that same item only. If an item has not been used and found to be defective upon receipt, it may be returned for exchange.

How to arrange your return or exchange: Please contact returns@g1sextoys.com to obtain approval for your exchange. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when emailing for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and in like new condition, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. We understand that not all of our products will have the aforementioned. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Purchaser pays for all return shipping charges.

If a refund is appropriate, and in accordance with our discretion, the amount to be refunded is purchase price minus shipping charges incurred by g1sextoys.com (Wylie Distribution).

In the case of misrepresentation, the buyer may file for a refund on this basis. Again, the item must be returned for a refund to be issued. To establish a case of misrepresentation, the buyer must state how the item is materially different from its description. All of our descriptions and pictures are provided by their respective manufacturers or distributors. Disappointment or dissatisfaction are not permitted bases for return, exchange, refund or credit.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted.   Please order carefully.

Limitation of Liability

If any error in processing or shipment occurs and is the fault of Wylie Distribution, Buyer agrees that our liability for such error may not exceed a reasonable amount to resolve the issue. Under no circumstances will the amount of liability exceed the purchase price of the item. Any refunds and the amount thereof granted are at the discretion of Wylie Distribution.

Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for injuries sustained while using our products. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability of use or misuse for all our products.

Packaging

Most items are shipped in the packaging as it appears on this website. In some circumstances the packaging may vary. (In all circumstances, your item(s) ships discreetly.)

Please understand that packaging for adult toys is rarely designed for shipping. So, if you receive a package that has been stapled are repackaged, please understand that it was done only to protect your privacy and insure that the item was not damaged while in transit.

Do we resell used toys?

Absolutely not. First of all, we do not allow for returns of used toys. Secondly, if a toy has been returned to us because it was found to be mechanically defective upon receipt (by the buyer), we return the merchandise to our supplier for a refund or exchange. So we never reship used or defective items.

Coupons

Yes, there are even coupons for sextoys. You may redeem your coupon on the homepage and at the bottom of every page of this website where products are listed. This discount is displayed at the bottom of the checkout page. So you know how much of a discount you are receiveing before you enter your credit card information. If you place your order over the phone or by mail, please indicate your coupon code.
